Terms of Service

By using growyoursaas.io or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

GrowYourSaaS helps founders pick, build and launch software products. The site describes what we do and lets you book an introductory call. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Nothing on the site is a promise or guarantee of any business, financial or revenue outcome.

What you get

Text messages from GrowYourSaaS: booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices for calls you book with us, and follow-up messages about your inquiry.

How you opt in

By ticking the SMS consent box in our booking form when you book a call, after being shown this disclosure. The box is optional and unticked by default. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Frequency

Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per booked call).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, book again and tick the box, or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers, and delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, let us know or reply STOP from it first.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Submit false information, or someone else’s details, when booking.
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation, or scrape, copy or reverse-engineer it.

The site’s content, design and branding belong to Fortuna Wealthy LLC and may not be reused without permission. Ideas and information you share with us on a call or in a form remain yours; we use them only to talk with you about your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings, video and some other features are provided by third parties (such as Calendly, Cal.com and Vimeo) and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content is general information, not legal, financial or investment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortuna Wealthy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or our messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Fortuna Wealthy LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may also change or end the SMS program; if we do, we will let subscribers know.
