Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the site and the calls you book:

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and your answers to the questions on our booking form (for example, a description of your idea or business).
• Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring page and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Messages. If you text or email us, we keep the content of those messages and your opt-in and opt-out history.

• To schedule, confirm, remind you about and hold the calls you book.
• To reply to your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive (see “Text messaging” below).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

When you tick the SMS consent box while booking a call, you consent to receive text messages from GrowYourSaaS (GrowYourSaaS Call Reminders): booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices for calls you book with us, and follow-up messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per booked call). Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@growyoursaas.io.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform and the wireless carriers), and only for that purpose.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that operate the site and our business on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations: scheduling (Calendly, Cal.com), hosting (Vercel), video (Vimeo), messaging and email delivery, and analytics and advertising measurement (Meta, HYROS).
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of GrowYourSaaS, our users or others.
• A successor, if GrowYourSaaS is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy continues to apply to your information.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties.

We use cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel and HYROS) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the ads that brought them here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings. Some features may not work correctly without cookies.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@growyoursaas.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from text messages by replying STOP.

The site and our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post the new policy here before it takes effect.
